We rent your STR licensed house for a flat monthly fee and we do the short term renting.

For property owners, we guarantee a steady monthly income without you having  to worry about market fluctuations due to seasonal changes or other market variations.

If you've been renting your property short-term through platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo, you're likely familiar with the income fluctuations each month.

​

We'll analyze your property's monthly income over the past year, calculate the average and add an extra 20% for you and sign a year lease on the property for that amount.

We will then invest in property upgrades such as furniture, paint, wall coverings, etc. aiming to generate a profit.

We don't get a percentage from the revenue, our only margin is what we make above your old income plus the 20% bonus.
